The $49 first treatment price applies to standard general pest treatment for common household pests (ants, spiders, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, and similar general pests). Specialty treatments for termites, bed bugs, rodents, German roaches, and other pests requiring specialized processes are priced separately. A ProForce representative will provide a full quote before any work is performed.
The satisfaction guarantee (free return visits if pests return between scheduled treatments) applies to customers enrolled in an active recurring service plan. One-time treatments may have different guarantee terms — ask your service provider for details at the time of service.
Pest control services are performed by independent, licensed contractors. ProForce Pest Control does not employ technicians directly and is not liable for the acts or omissions of its service provider network. Any disputes regarding services performed should be directed to the individual service provider. Providers are screened for licensing and insurance, but we make no guarantees regarding the quality or outcome of their work.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProForce Pest Control and its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or its services, including damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) $100.
